                                                 Reservation Terms and Condition

Thank you for choosing Superide Shuttle Services for your transportation needs. 

Booking for hourly services or groups: A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total of your fare will be charged on your credit card on file, on booking date. The remaining balance of 50% will be due after service has been provided.

Booking for transfers: Payment may be charged one day prior to trip date, during the trip or after the service has been provided. 

Methods of payments:  Cash or credit card (on spot or on file). Credit Card on file is mandatory to secure

every ride reservation. If the credit card is declined, it is the responsibility of the client to remit payment to Superide within 5 days, and $50.00 late payment fee applies.

All deposits are Non-refundable within 10 days prior to the travel date.  Superide is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.  

Vehicles Damaged: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during

the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. 

In the event anyone in the client's party is to become ill; A cleaning fee in the amount of $350.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Drug use is prohibited by law and will not be tolerated by our Company or our drivers. In the event anyone in your party is seen with any illegal substance in the vehicle, the driver will immediately terminate the trip and drop everyone right away or at the initial point of pick-up. If any fines are incurred due to a client or the actions of anyone in the Client's party, the Client will be responsible for the payment of said fines. The driver has the right to terminate rides if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of any passenger.

It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof of any vehicle. 

Smoking, drinking alcohol and eating is not permitted in our vehicles.

Pick Up Time: Your pickup time begins at the time you have scheduled to be picked up. You MUST be ready to depart at time scheduled. Failure to do so will result in an additional extra waiting time fee ($ 1 per minute). 

Grace Period: We do allow a grace period of 15 minutes for regular pickups. Airports pickups; 25 minutes for domestic flights and 35 minutes for international flights. In the event of grace period has elapsed and the client didn’t contact our office/driver, or disagreed with additional extra waiting time fee, our driver will depart of pick-up location and the client will still be liable for full-service fare payment. 

Superide will not be responsible for delays due to bad traffic or inclement weather conditions. 

Extra Stop: By request to our office, we may accommodate extra stops at a fee of $10 for every single stop of up to 5 minutes, and $1 per minute after.

After Hours: There is 20% after hours fee for rides which more than half of its duration happens between 10 PM and 5AM.

Lost and Found: Superide will not be responsible for articles left in any vehicle but if we find any items, we will call the account holder to advise. The client is responsible for picking up any lost items. For dropping off lost items, charges may apply. 

Safety: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, as described for each vehicle in our reservation, as it is illegal and unsafe.

Children 5 years old and younger only can travel in our vehicles on proper car seat. By request we can provide proper car seat at $10 each per trip rental.

Cancellation Fee: A $20 cancellation fee is applied to all reservations being cancelled within 10 days prior to the trip date.

Getaround: At Clearwater Beach commercial boundaries, we offer rides by   Call and Go service (No reservation needed/accepted), at $4 per person (10 years old and younger free)

Groups: Last Minute Rides (LMR) For groups (8 or more people): At Clearwater Beach commercial boundaries, we offer rides by reservation at $6 per person.

Driver Gratuity: We firmly believe in rewarding our drivers for their professionalism and job well done! Tipping is one of the best ways to show them appreciation. Drivers are 1/3 of the heart of our company and it is because of them that we maintain a flawless service record. A fee of 20% standard as driver gratuity, will be charged to your credit card on file if no cash or offline tip was reported from the driver.
