Most Common Questions
Q1: How much?
A1: Our fares are electronically calculated by a flat fee, depending on the vehicle you choose, the number of people in each party and by distance (miles) of each trip.
*For all inquiries on price, please refer to the "RESERVE NOW" tab for fast and accurate rates and easily placing reservations! When reserving, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you personally put in your payment method using our encrypted system for maximal security and guaranteed processing*
Q2: Do you accommodate for more than 2 people.
A2: Yes, we can accommodate large groups, up to 100 people. We are here to serve your needs no matter how small or large they may be.
Q3: Do you schedule early rides to and from Airports or any destination?
A3: Yes, although between 10pm and 5am there is an additional 20% as after hours service.
Q4: Do you schedule rides to Orlando, Sarasota or Miami?
A4: Yes, we will take you anywhere you would like to go with sufficient notice and reservation.
Q5: What are your hours?
A5: OFFICE hours are 7am-7pm but we can accommodate rides 24/7 with sufficient notice. PLEASE NOTE: after 5pm, communications will be severely reduced for new inquiries or last minute needs. Therefore it is highly recommended you try to set up reservations at least 12 hours in advance in order to better serve your needs. Text communications is the best way to communicate after hours to ensure we get your questions/inquiries.
